This particular unit owner was in distress over the damages sustained by a leak that could not be identified by previous contractors that inspected the unit. Comfortec came and identified the leak, opened the walls directly impacted by the leak, to ensure that no mold was present before extensive repairs were completed. A water test was performed concluding repairs were successful. The contractors are very professional, honest and efficient. They are definitely highly recommended. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
