Igor and his team completed the entire project within agreed upon time lines and at the quoted price. They removed the old windows, which was labour intensive, and carefully placed the new windows brick to brick. They anticipated to complete the job in 2 days but completed in 3, which goes to show their efforts in don't the right job. We are satisfied with the windows and much better than what was previously installed. There was a slight misunderstanding in the trim finish on the interior windows, I would encourage others to ensure they look at the difference between the wood and vinyl trim finish. The reason we went with Igor was he provided great references and allowed me to visit and speak to previous customers that have purchased his products. Igor and the Comfortec team were a pleasure to work with from the consultation stage to installation. Igor is clear and concise with his words and always has his mind on delivering the best product and service. The team of installers are quick, efficient and leave without a mess, they did a flawless job. This was a unique job that proposed a few obstacles, but that was no match for the Comfortec team.
We installed two windows and a door in an area that was not easily accessible. Very nice factory and team to work with. I think it says it all when I am willing to used them again.
